  My acupuncturist prescribed this to me a few months ago. I could feel a difference in my mood and outlook within one week of taking it. I felt more upbeat and relaxed (“free and easy” you might say). It is supposed to be helpful for clearing liver qi stagnation and for regulating your menstrual cycle and reducing PMS symptoms.
