    I find this helpful to me as I’m trying to learn how to use my ki/qi to
    heal/increase healing speed (I know it is possible to use ki/qi offensively
    and kill with it but I don’t want that kind of power) and I maybe wrong but
    I think ki/qi can be used defensively to harden skin but I’d like to learn
    to use it to heal first…. could any one help me learn to heal with my

    African people are not poor but actually very rich. The colonial culture
    doesnt understand the wholesome african culture, africans are not suffering
    and fighting but thriving as we have since the beginning. The colonial
    culture is unable to understand this so they say it is suffering. Africa is
    thriving and nothing is being built there. The tribal way of life is the
    most advanced. African people are the most fortunate. yoga culture

    Hi… If i were to do both seated/still meditation AND moving QiGoing
    exercises, which one should i do first, for best effects?

    One of my first times that I successfully meditated, a strange tingle was
    traveling very strongly through my hands… Now it makes sense, I was
    manipulating bio energy.

    im gonna ask now how to heal qauda eguina syndrome and i beg trully to get
    answers to this. I cannot travel and i have to cramp all the time. My bag
    has been surgered twise from same spot and it leaved a huge scar behind.
    Just wish i gould get to qi gong healer and get back to runn wilde as i
    used to. Its went ovet 3years i havent been able to do anything. T.need chi
    energy to get healed

    Qi protects africa from exploitation, qi shows that africa is a thriving
    nonconformist culture, qi protects africas tribes and all indeginous
