  I enjoyed reading this book very much. It has everything you need to know about starting using herbal medecines. It details classes of herbal medecines, how to store and take herbal medecines, common herbs you can take and their uses and how to use flowers remedies. This book is well written and very detailed. I will definetively put it to good use when needed. I like that the author presents the herbs in alphabetic order and details their usages for everyday aches and pains, more serous illnesses as well as to help with moods and behaviours. Great book for alternative medecine,and knowing about herbal remedies.

  I have learned much reading this title. I have to admit I am a bit of a skeptic when it comes to natural medicines because they just seem unrealistic. However this book has given me a major insight into how powerful and healing herbs can be. I highly recommend this one to anybody looking to have a little pocket healing tool at hand. Thank you!
